Our Team
Meet the team behind Shorty's Diner! Manny and Lupe, the owners, have been living in the valley for more than 30 years. They have poured their heart and soul into creating a family business that is welcoming, friendly, and focused on serving great food with exceptional customer service. All of Manny and Lupe's sons work at the restaurant, making it truly a family affair. Manny, the owner, was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and has been part of the restaurant industry ever since arriving in the states. After the closing of Buffalo Café, Manny was one of many employees to be invited to re-open Shorty's Diner. He helped the Greenberg's create the menu that we have today and is proud to continue serving delicious food to our customers.
